Service

Dear All,

Each watch’s after-sales service time is different as it depends on what is needed and available manpower.

When a watch is sent to us for service and the warranty has already expired, then we automatically do a cost estimate. The watch’s owner is then free to accept or decline the proposed work.

We take pains to keep service time to a minimum in order to satisfy our clients. But, if we deem it advisable to retain a watch for a period of testing and controls, then we do so because quality of the work is the first priority.

Kind Regards,
Montres Journe SA

Depending on the level of service required it can take 1-2 months. Your AD may have made the recommendation as they are closed over the holiday's. the cost of a service very much depends on what is required and also the model of your watch.
